Salvage and non-mobile vehicles are unloaded, moved and loaded via forklifts. Manheim does not accept any responsibility or liability for damage sustained to Auctioned vehicles or equipment through the normal use of forklifts or other equipment to load, unload and shift damaged and non-mobile vehicles.

Assets sold through an “END OF LIFE VEHICLES – CLOSED AUCTION” are considered 'industrial waste' under EPA waste code T325 under the Environment Protection Act 2017. Any Victorian bidding on this auction acknowledges and agrees that i) they are authorised to receive industrial waste; and ii) the vehicle is to be transported to, and received at, a place or premises that is authorised to receive industrial waste.
