From 1 July 2021 in Victoria, changes were made for certain licence and permit holders who manage prescribed waste or prescribed industrial waste under the Environment Protection Act 2017 (Vic).

If you are a business generating or dealing with waste and/or pollution, these obligations may apply to you. Manheim is committed to the proper management of business activities that may pose a risk to human health and the environment and expects the same from its commercial buyers.

Going forward, Manheim will request evidence of your EPA licence, permit or registration when bidding on statutory write-off vehicles within Victoria.
