Limited Edition Holden Commodore - Final Three - FAQ
Manheim are proud to be auctioning the last three registrable limited edition Commodores built, on behalf of GM Holden.
Get ready to bid your way to own a piece of motoring history.
The auction will start at 3:00pm sharp (ACDT).
If you’re bidding in person make sure you are in clear view of the Auctioneer and have your bidder number with you, ready to go.
If you’re bidding online make sure to register before 4:30pm (ACDT) the day before and login to Simulcast prior to the auction start time.
The winning bid includes all on-road costs, and if you are successful in purchasing one of these wonderful examples of Australian Manufacturing, Holden will deliver your new car to your preferred dealership, anywhere in Australia, at no extra cost to you.
Deposit
If you are bidding in person on the day, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required at the fall of the hammer.
If you are the successful buyer, please present to a Manheim representative at the event immediately after winning your new car, to place your deposit via EFTPOS.
Please note a 1.1% surcharge is payable on all credit card transactions.
Payment
The successful buyers will receive an invoice for their new car via email on Monday 16th of October from Manheim. We will follow you up with a phone call to ensure you receive it.
Payment must be made in full by 5:00pm (ACDT) Thursday 19th of October by direct deposit or via a bank cheque.

Collection of vehicles
As these vehicles have just rolled off the production line, they must be collected from a Holden dealership.
Holden will deliver your car to your preferred dealership, anywhere in Australia, at no additional cost to you. Your preferred dealer will complete all pre-delivery, look after your on-roads and organise for your vehicle to be registered.
Manheim will be in touch with you after the auction to find out your preferred dealership for vehicle delivery. The date of collection will depend on delivery logistics and availability. You will be notified of the delivery window as soon as Holden confirms this with Manheim.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Are there any additional costs?
A.There are no buyer’s fees or any fees payable to the dealer upon collection. The final price at the fall of the hammer is the amount you will pay.
However, if you are paying your deposit via credit card on the day, a 1.1% surcharge on all credit card transactions applies.
Q. How do I pay for my car?
A. By direct deposit or a bank cheque. The successful bidders will receive an invoice for their new car via email from Manheim on Monday 16th of October with all applicable details and payment options.
Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment must be made by 5:00pm (ACDT), Thursday 19th of October 2017. Payment details can be found on your invoice.
Q. Can I take the car home with me on auction day?
A. No you can’t take it home on the day. These vehicles will have just rolled off the production line so they must be collected from a Holden dealership. Your preferred dealer will complete pre-delivery, look after your on-roads and organise for your vehicle to be registered.

Q. Where is the money going?
A. Holden will donate all funds raised to charity. 50% of the Director Edition funds will go to the Lighthouse Foundation on behalf of long-time friend and supporter, Bev Brock. All remaining funds will be donated to The Smith Family, to support Learning for Life educational scholarships for children in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.
Q. I’m an international buyer. Can I have the vehicle delivered to my preferred location instead?
A. Unfortunately as the vehicle needs to complete the delivery process, it must be delivered to a Holden dealership in Australia.
We can assist with booking transport from the nominated Holden dealership to your preferred address, however additional costs will apply. Please contact Kayla Partington kayla.partington@manheim.com.aufor further information.
