Due to advice from government and health authorities, all Manheim auctions are currently conducted online only, until further notice. For the most part our regular auction schedule will be remain, with physical auctions held as Simulcast only and BidNow auctions running as normal.

We are continuously assessing and responding to COVID-19, with a particular focus on our staff and customers and our clients, to ensure we are doing everything possible to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on all of us.

Collection
Assets purchased can be collected from site by transport providers only and are subject to temperature checks and strict social distancing procedures. To organise a transport quote please contact us on 1300 087 595 (option 1).

Payment
ALL payments must be made online via bank transfer or BPAY, payments cannot be made in person.

To bid online you must be a Manheim Member. It’s free to register, if you’re not already a Member you can Click here to register. Once you’re registered you can go straight to Simulcast here or find the auction you’re interested in first at Manheim.com.au and follow the prompts.

Viewing
Onsite inspections are not available in Melbourne or Sydney but are welcomed by appointment only in other states, subject to a temperature check. Please contact your local Manheim location to organise an appointment. All assets are locked and no vehicle owner manuals can be inspected. Video call inspections are available for cars and industrial assets in BidNow auctions. Please contact the sites on the numbers below to organise a call.

Collection
Vehicles and assets can be collected as normal. Waiting times might vary as we follow new procedures to keep you and our employees safe.

Temperature checks – condition of entry
Staff and visitors will have their temperature checked every time they enter a Manheim site. Checks are quick, easy and no-contact. Anyone with a temperature above 37.3 will not be allowed to enter.

Payment
Payment must be via bank transfer, EFTPOS or credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted.

General
We have hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available and have increased the level and frequency of cleaning services at all premises.
